How To Apply For A Refund

To make a refund, please send your details and an order number or copy of the receipt to support@pawtion.com.au or start the process via the Contact Us page.

Policy Duration

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sometimes refunds can take time and can be subject to banking or public holidays. If 5 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pawtion.com.au or via the Contact Us page.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.ย  If you need to exchange any product(s), please send us an email at support@pawtion.com.au or via the Contact Us page.
